From our directors to our installers, estimators and office team, meet the people behind DP Doors & Shutters Ltd — the friendly faces you'll speak to on the phone, see on site and rely on to get the job done right. Between us we bring decades of experience in the industrial door industry, and we're proud of the relationships we've built with customers over the years.

Director

Christian Harrison

Chris began his career with DP as an apprentice over 13 years ago and has progressed through the business, gaining extensive hands-on experience across the company. In July 2025, he proudly completed his Management Buyout (MBO) alongside his colleague, Dave, marking an exciting new chapter in his journey with DP. With a wealth of industry knowledge, a practical approach, and a great sense of humour, Chris is a valued member of the team who enjoys building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. Outside of work, Chris has a passion for all things with an engine, from cars and motorcycles to boats and planes. When he's not at work, you'll often find him enjoying a pint at his local, relaxing on the East Coast, or exploring new countries in search of the perfect glass of Sangria.

Director

David Swift

Dave joined DP Doors 14 years ago in our Installations Department and has been a valued member of the team ever since. In July 2025, he proudly completed his Management Buyout (MBO) alongside Chris, further strengthening his expertise and leadership within the business. Having worked in the industrial door industry since 1989, Dave has built extensive knowledge across all sectors of the industry, making him a trusted source of experience and advice for both colleagues and customers. Outside of work, Dave enjoys socialising with friends and going on holidays.

Sales Manager

Martin Rawson

Martin has been a valued member of the DP Doors team for over four years, working as our Sales Manager. With around 35 years of experience in the industrial door industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge gained from manufacturing and installation through to sales, making him a trusted expert for customers looking for the right solution. Martin enjoys getting out on site and meeting customers face to face, taking the time to understand their requirements and recommend the best products for their needs. Outside of work, he's a passionate Sheffield United supporter and enjoys dog walking and running, making the most of his time outdoors.

Sales Estimator

Spencer Kavanagh

Spencer joined DP in November 2022 as a Business Administration Apprentice, where he gained valuable experience across the business and developed a strong understanding of the company's operations. After taking a year away from DP in 2024, Spencer returned in 2025 in his current role as a Sales Estimator, bringing with him a fresh perspective and continued enthusiasm for the industry. With experience in both administration and sales, Spencer enjoys building relationships with customers and helping provide the right solutions for their requirements. His approachable nature, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile make him a valued member of the DP team. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys keeping active in the gym, travelling to the beach or the slopes, and socialising with friends and family. He is also a keen sports fan, regularly following football and boxing, and is a proud Sheffield United supporter who rarely misses the opportunity to cheer on the Blades.

Sales Admin

Vicki Levick

Vicki joined DP just over a year ago and brings a wealth of experience in administration and customer service. Known for her positive, can-do attitude and approachable nature, she enjoys building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers, always striving to provide excellent support. Outside of work, Vicki is a proud mum, step-mum and grandmother, with two children, two step-children and three grandchildren. She also shares her home with Wilfred, the much-loved English Bulldog who keeps both Vicki and her husband thoroughly entertained. In her spare time, Vicki enjoys walking, reading, travelling in her caravan and making the most of music festivals with family and friends, drink in hand of course.

Accounts & Finance

Joanne Munday

Joanne has been a valued member of the DP Doors team for 14 years, bringing many years of knowledge to the finance side of the business. Her attention to detail, reliability, and expertise make her an integral part of the team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Joanne enjoys caravanning and exploring the outdoors, making the most of every opportunity to get away and discover new places. She also loves spending time with her Cockerpoo, Eddie, who is never far from her side on her adventures.

Purchasing

Tom Kaarby

Originally from Norway, Tom has been a valued member of the DP Doors team for 14 years. His experience, reliability, and approachable nature make him an important part of the business, having built a great rapport with suppliers and colleagues alike. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their Labrador, Bella. A passionate Liverpool FC supporter, you'll often find him watching the football or catching up with friends at the pub. Family time and good company are what he enjoys most when he's away from work.

Draughtsman

Neil Grayson

Neil has been a valued member of the DP Doors team since 2018, bringing his expertise as a Draughtsman and supporting the team with site surveys. His attention to detail, technical knowledge, and practical approach make him an important part of the business. Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching football, and listening to music. An avid Sheffield Wednesday supporter, he enjoys following his team whenever he can and making the most of his downtime with family and friends.

Jackie Temperell

Jackie has been a valued member of the DP Doors team for 19 years, bringing a wealth of experience, dedication, and a friendly approach to everything she does. Her commitment and knowledge have made her an integral part of the business. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring historical cities, going for long walks, and spending quality time with family and friends. Married with two daughters and four grandchildren, family is at the heart of her life. When she's not socialising, you'll often find her relaxing in the hot tub and making the most of her downtime.

Office Admin

Jasmine Morton

Jasmine recently joined the DP Doors & Shutters team and has quickly settled into her new role. She is enjoying learning the trade, developing new skills and getting involved in the day-to-day work. With a great team around her, Jasmine is looking forward to continuing to learn, grow and develop with the company. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys spending time with friends, going out for brunch, watching a good horror film and exploring the Peak District on walks. She loves meeting new people, having a laugh and making the most of her free time.

Behind the scenes, our office team is backed by 3 factory production staff manufacturing doors and shutters to order, and 10 vans on the road, each crewed by 2 engineers carrying out installations, repairs and maintenance across the UK. Their hard work and expertise are just as vital to DP Doors & Shutters as the faces above, and we couldn't do what we do without them.
